Sheryls Typing Services specializes in transcription in digital format, micro and mini cassette form or even CDs. We undertake transcription of interviews, focus groups, theses, any general transcription and medical transcription (medico-legal, letters and transcripts) with all our typists competent and experienced to provide you with the most professional and accurate documents in the most cost and time effective manner. The latest in digital technology! We use the latest digital transcription software called Express Scribe which is compatible with .mp3 files, .dss files, dct (encrypted dictation), ra and rm (RealAudio), sri (VoiceIt), dss (Olympus, Lanier and Grundig), au, aif, vox, mp2, vox, compressed wav and many more. Express Scribe software is also compatible with Philips, Sanyo, VoiceIt, Olympus, Lanier, Grundig and Sony dictation recorders and can also be used in conjunction with Express Dictate (available free from www.nch.com.au). Express Dictate allows you to dictate using your computer and then sending the audio file to us directly via internet or e-mail. This is the latest technology available and makes turnaround time much quicker for both the client and Sheryls Typing Services – try digital recordings, you won’t be disappointed! We can also transcribe from CDs and micro, mini or standard tapes and these can be delivered via courier, registered mail or if necessary you are welcome to use our pick up and delivery service for the Melbourne Metropolitan area (charges do apply). We also use clients templates for our transcription so if you wish to have your letters in a particular format don’t forget to send your template and requirements through to us. Our clients can come from all walks of life including Students and Academics, Medical Specialists, Lawyers, Teachers, Corporations and Hospitals just to name a few. As we are home based and thereby virtual you have someone available to assist you via e-mail, phone or fax and don’t have to wait to get your most important work done after hours and take up your precious time – we can do it for you and all with just a click of the mouse!
